Enrollment

We are delighted you have chosen to start the enrollment process with Kidcare! Please review the following instructions to complete the enrollment process.

The following enrollment forms must be completed and received prior to your child’s starting date. You can find these forms listed under “For Families” then “Forms” on our website or by clicking the link below. 

• Enrollment Form

• Contract Agreement 

• Emergency Consent & Contact Form 

• Immunization Letter

Please submit all enrollment forms via e-mail to kidcaredaycare@outlook.com, mail to our address or in-person, along with all enrollment fees and deposits. Please confirm your method of submission with Lynn before submitting any forms or payment. 

Enrollment Fees & Deposits: 

Enrollment fee: $150 

Deposit for spot to be held for first week starting enrollment: $250

Deposit to be applied towards last two weeks payment: $500

Total starting fees, including first week starting fee and last two weeks: $900

Reserving a Slot: 

To reserve a slot, all enrollment forms, fees and deposits must be completed and received prior the child’s start date. Verbal notice of your desire to place your child in our program will not be sufficient to hold a slot. In addition, please note that your enrollment is not considered legally binding until all forms/fees/deposits listed above are received and confirmed.
